摘要：
根据在越南进行煤炭工程总承包项目的具体实践，归纳总结了在越南从事项目质保期服务的有关法律规定、实施要点及注意事项等，对开发和实施煤炭和其他行业国际工程项目具有一定的借鉴和参考价值。

Abstract:
This thesis introduces local regulations, practice and cautions relevant to the guarantee service for coal engineering projects in Vietnam according to the onsite experience of Vietnamese EPC coal projects to provide referential ideas for future conduction of overseas projects.
